As a guarantor of compliance to your declaration of co-ownership and your by-laws, we organize and facilitate:
- the general meeting;
- the necessary Board meetings.
We produce the reports and minutes of these meetings. These documents are issued according to regulations.
In collaboration with your Board of directors, we also intervene to establish or review the building’s by-laws when some behaviours are detrimental to the majority of co-owners.
