This model is designed to accompany and advise the newly created Syndicates. It allows for the transfer of ownership of a Syndicate and ensures that the co-ownership is on the right track from the start.

This model is available to both the temporary administrator (developer) and the first elected Board.

Assistance and support services for Syndicates that have to undertake large-scale renovations. The manager is not a substitute for a building professional, such as an architect or engineer. Rather, the manager is involved upstream of the project, so that the Syndicate can structure its own process and ensures that it gets the best possible work at market price.
