Gestactif has had ISO certification since 2018. We have established this management quality program to identify the aspects of the management of our buildings portfolio that we can, and must, standardize to better protect our customers and increase our productivity. This way of working gives our clients better planning (maintenance and finance) and ensures even, predictable, and easy service delivery for administrators.
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Project Management Professional est une certification mondialement reconnue en gestion de projets. Le programme est géré par le Project Management Institute (PMI).
Gestactif possède, par l’entremise de sa dirigeante, une certification PMP en gestion de projets. Nous avons développé cette compétence en interne pour augmenter notre capacité à faire face aux changements rapides qui surviennent dans l’industrie et chez nos clients. Cette compétence s’ajoute à nos outils quand vient le temps d’aider nos clients avec la réalisation de leurs grands travaux et se combine à nos connaissances distinctives en entretien de bâtiment.
Chartered professional accountants Canada (CPA)
Gestactif employs a CPA member. The presence of a professional accountant on our team provides additional security in the production of annual financial statements for each of our buildings.
Ordre des administrateurs agréés (Adma)
Gestactif employs one or more ADMA members from time to time. We are looking for the generalist approach of chartered administrators. Indeed, a condominium manager cannot limit himself to building maintenance and financial planning. It must integrate these two key concepts into a complete administration: Management tools, IT, communications, administrative registers, legal documents, etc. Chartered administrators understand this multi-trade approach!
